Maintaining data in Conversion Factors

  1. Expand Master Data applications > Item Base Data.
  2. Select Conversion Factors.
  3. Click the New View Icon.
  4. Specify this information:
    Item

    Search and select an item. Click OK.

    Item Group

    Search and select an Item Group. Click OK.

    Base Unit

    Specify a base unit.

  5. Click the New icon.
  6. Specify this information:
    Unit

    Search and select a unit. Click OK.

    Conversion Factor

    Specify a conversion factor. Conversion factors represent the numeric value or ratio that is used to relate one unit of measure to another.

    Raise 10 to the Power

    Specify a value.

  7. Click the Save icon.
