Invoice remains in a work-in-progress (WIP) state
Cause: If the initial connection to the web service fails, the process continues until the connector gives up. At this point, the invoice is left in a WIP state.
Symptom: Processing stops. The record remains in the WIP folder and a log is written.
Solution:

Detect that the record has not been sent.

Analyze the root of the problem.

Correct the issue by changing the data.

Stop the controller.

Delete the WIP record.

Restart the controller.

Resubmit the request.
