Problems during installation

Verify that you have the latest version of the software and that you meet the prerequisites stated in the system requirements section of the Infor Italian Tax Authority Connector Installation Guide, unless the installer states a different version.

Note:

To check the Java version, run java - version in a command prompt against the folder where the Java runtime is located.
You can use the command, startij.bat, in the \bin folder to perform basic interrogation of the Derby database. See the remarks at the top of the DOS window for a list of commands.
