File Transfer Utility If the ERP is deployed in the cloud, then you need a means of transferring the proprietary files from the cloud to on premise.
This software must also have access to the files to be sent to the web service. These files can reside locally or on a network folder. If a network folder is used, access should be through the UNC path convention, for example, \\host-name\share-name\folder_path. Mapped drives should not be used. In addition, the user account under which the controller service runs must have access to the network folder.
Note: To perform this task, right-click on the Tax Connector Service and specify your account details on the logon tab.
