Invoice remains in a work-in-progress (WIP) state

Cause Symptom Solution
XML, which has already been processed is copied to the outbox, and a problem occurs while it is in the WIP stage. Processing stops. The record remains in the WIP folder and a log is written.
  • Detect that the record has not been sent.
  • Analyze the root of the problem.
  • Correct the issue by changing the data.
  • Stop the controller.
  • Delete the WIP record.
  • Restart the controller.
  • Resubmit the request.
