Editing user values using numeric values

  1. Select Notifications.
  2. Click Add to add a notification or the Edit link next to a notification to modifying an existing notification.
  3. Go to Conditions of the Notification wizard.
  4. Select the Compare with a variable or another selection check box. The edit box changes to a list of options including all Numeric Value variables that can be used to define the condition.
  5. Select the variables to be used.
  6. On Save of the Notification wizard, select either Everyone or Users and Groups Share With option.
  7. Save the notification. When other users open or subscribe to this notification, the results they see are created using their variable value.
