For more information on logical devices, see Devices

    • Do not deliver Select this option for the notification to appear only in the Notifications screen. If you select this option, the notification is not delivered to a device.

    • When data is updated Select this option for the notification to be sent every time the data for the notification updated. Smart Notification sends the notification to the delivery device you specified.

The notification indicates whether or not any condition you specified was met.

    • When condition is met Select this option to send a notification only when the condition you specified was met.

Place in the following message box

Select this option to place the notification in a Message Box. You must also choose a message box from the list.

Message Boxes are combinations of devices and schedules.

For example, you might want to set up a message box called Monday Morning e-mail which is set to deliver to your office e-mail account at 9:00 a.m. every Monday morning.

Anytime you want to have something delivered to your office e-mail at 9:00 a.m. every Monday morning, you can select that message box instead of having to go through the process of choosing a device and specifying a schedule.
