Message boxes

Message boxes are collection devices that are schedule-based rather than event-driven. They are intended for the recurring delivery of content, specifically the current state of notifications.

For example, you can use a message box to have a set of notifications delivered device every Monday at 9:00 a.m., whether or not the underlying data has been updated or limits have been triggered.
