Adding templates for device types

  1. Click Admin > Device Type Administration.
  2. Click the Template link to edit the template for the Microsoft Outlook device type.
  3. Click the Upload HTML or Text tab.
  4. Click Browse to select the default.html template. The default location is <LBI_HOME>\<SmartNotification_HOME>\Smart Notification.ear\lsnwar-<version_number>.war\templates.
  5. In Embed this template inside another, select Lawson Master template.
  6. Click Save.
  7. Follow the steps above to set up templates for other email device types, as needed.
