Searching for processing history

  1. In Smart Notification, click Admin > InfoSet/Notification Processing History.
  2. Specify this information:
    Process Server
    Select All Servers to view processes run by any server.

    Select a server to view processes for only that server.

    Process Type
    • Select All Types to view processes of any type.
    • Select InfoSet to view InfoSet processes.
    • Select InfoSet Group to view processes run by group/namespace.
    • Select All InfoSets to to view processes that run all InfoSets simultaneously.
    • Select Notification to view processed alerts.
    Process Name
    Select All Names to view processes for any InfoSet or alert name.

    Select a name to view only processes for that name.

    Note: If a specific process type is also selected, only names related to the process type will be available for selection.
    Processed Between
    Click the calendar icons to select the from and to dates for processes run between those dates.
    Queue Duration
    Specify a number, in seconds, to view processes that have a queue duration greater than the number specified.
    Process Duration
    Specify a number, in seconds, to view processes that have a process duration greater than the number specified.
  3. Click Get Processing History.
