Adding or modifying schedule attributes

Note: Use this procedure to add attributes and attribute values to the schedule. You can use the attribute values that you specify to build useful report lists.

You can set up in the Report Administration dashboard or you can click Define New from the Report Details Report Attributes screen.

  1. Access the required report.
  2. Click the Report Attributes link. The Report Attributes screen is displayed.
  3. Click the name of the attribute that you want to modify. The Report Attribute Maintenance screen is displayed.
  4. Click Add. The Report Attribute Maintenance screen is displayed.
  5. Select an attribute and its value.
  6. Specify the report instances to which you want to apply the attributes.
  7. Click Save. The Attributes screen is displayed and the attribute that you created is displayed in the attribute list.
