Troubleshooting the Report Schedule Queue

If you cannot view scheduled and bursted reports in the Report Schedule Queue, follow the steps below to troubleshoot.

Note: You will not be able to see previously scheduled and bursted reports, only those scheduled.
  1. Enable Report Schedule Queue in System Settings.
  2. Verify that the report has a schedule.
  3. Verify that the Report Queue is selected in report schedule.
  4. Verify that the report is set for bursting.
