Switching to the Crystal Reports parameter page

  1. Open the Tools dashboard and select My Reports. The Reports screen is displayed.
  2. Click the details of the report you want to switch to the Crystal Reports parameter page.
  3. Click Maintain Parameters. The Report Parameters screen is displayed.
  4. In the Parameters section, select Use Crystal Parameter Page.
  5. Click View with Data Refresh.
  6. Specify parameters.
  7. Click OK. The report based on the parameters is displayed.
