Adding multiple report parameters

  1. View the report in Crystal.
  2. Use the Field Explorer in Crystal to edit the parameter if the Allow Multiple value is not set to True.
  3. Open the Tools dashboard and select My Reports. The Reports screen is displayed.
  4. Click the details link for the report.
  5. Click Maintain Parameters, then click the parameter you edited in Crystal.
  6. Verify Allow Multiples is set to Yes.
  7. Click Save.
  8. Click View with Data Refresh.
  9. At the prompt, specify a data value.
  10. Click Run.
  11. Click View with Data Refresh.
  12. At the prompt, specify multiple data values. Separate each data value with | (pipe symbol) without spaces. For example: 
    value|value|value
  13. Click Run.
