Searching for a custom group
- Open the Tools dashboard and select Report Administration. The Reporting Services Administration screen is displayed.
- Select Group Management > Maintain Custom Groups. The Custom Groups list is displayed.

Specify this information:
- User
- Specify a user name or user group name.
- Custom Group Name
- Specify the custom group name. You can specify values in both the User field and the Custom Group Name field to limit your search.
- Additional Filter

Select a filter to further limit your search.
- No Users Assigned: This option returns only custom
groups that do not have any users assigned. Note: User field is disabled if this option is selected.
- No Reports Association: This option returns only custom groups that are not assigned to any Report IDs.
- No Rights Association: This option returns only Custom Groups within the User/Custom Group filter that have not been assigned to any Rights
- Not Used: This option returns custom groups not used or that have no dependencies.
- No Users Assigned: This option returns only custom
groups that do not have any users assigned.
- Click Search.
