List types

These are the list types:

All list
The All list type contains all original published items and master reports (RPT files). History items do not appear in this list. You can modify the layout options on the All list. However, you cannot apply filters or specify users and groups to this list.
History list
The History list type contains all historical instances of reports. A historical instance of a report is produced by scheduling or exporting a master report. A master report is an .RPT file, but you can output an RPT file as a different file type (for example, PDF). You can modify the layout options and apply standard filters on the History list. However, you cannot create and apply filters or specify users and groups on this list.
Favorites list
You can add the items with which you work frequently to the Favorites list. To add items to the Favorites list, go to the All, History, or Custom list, click the check box to select the report and click Add to Favorites. You can modify the layout options and apply standard filters on the Favorites list. You cannot create and apply filters or specify users and groups on this list.
Custom list
Custom lists are lists that users create to further divide and organize reports. You can create a custom list, name it, give it a description, and you can maintain layout options. You can also create and apply filters and assign specific users and groups to it.
