Viewing reports with Drill Around

Before viewing a report with Drill Around, ensure that:
  • A Lawson Applications Report has already been published. See Publishing a burstable Lawson Applications report.
  • The Drill Around configuration has been set before viewing the report. See the Creating a Lawson Data Source in Reporting Services section in the Infor BI for Lawson/M3 Installation Guide.
To view a report with Drill Around:
  1. Open the Tools dashboard and select My Reports. The Reports screen is displayed.
  2. Select a report to view.
  3. In the View Options drop-down menu, select View latest Instance.
  4. Click the Drill Around links.
  5. On first access, users are prompted for Lawson Application Linker (LAL) credentials and must log in using the Portal credentials.
    Note:  This is a one-time log in only.
  6. When available, click the succeeding Drill Around links.
