Crystal Reports Application Server and Crystal Reports Designer 2020
As of October 2022, Infor BI for Lawson supports SAP Crystal Reports Application Server OEM edition and Crystal Reports Designer 2020.
Note: SAP does not support Crystal Reports Application Server and
Crystal Reports Designer 2020 installed on the same server. For more information, see the
SAP Knowledge Base Article 2014953.
Crystal Reports Server 2016
As of December 2022, Infor BI for Lawson no longer supports SAP Crystal Reports Application Server 2016.
Customers must use Crystal Reports Application Server 2020 for their Infor BI for Lawson installations.
