Configure the database: Oracle

Note: If you are installing MS SQL, skip these steps.
  1. On the Oracle Database Server Settings screen, specify this information for Framework Services.
    Database Server Name

    Provide the name of the database server where Oracle is installed.

    Oracle Port

    Provide the port for the Oracle database server. The default is 1521.

    Oracle SID (system ID)

    Provide the Oracle System ID.

    Username

    Provide the name of the Framework Services user that was created in Oracle.

    Password

    Provide the password of the Framework Services user that was created in Oracle.

    Click Next.

  2. On the Oracle Database Server Settings screen, specify this information for Reporting Services.
    Database Server Name

    Provide the name of the database server where Oracle is installed.

    Oracle Port

    Provide the port for the Oracle database server. The default is 1521.

    Oracle SID (system ID)

    Provide the Oracle System ID.

    Username

    Provide the name of the Framework Services user that was created in Oracle.

    Password

    Provide the password of the Framework Services user that was created in Oracle.

    Click Next.

  3. On the Oracle Database Server Settings screen, specify this information for Smart Notification.
    Database Server Name

    Provide the name of the database server where Oracle is installed.

    Oracle Port

    Provide the port for the Oracle database server. The default is 1521.

    Oracle SID (system ID)

    Provide the Oracle System ID.

    Username

    Provide the name of the Framework Services user that was created in Oracle.

    Password

    Provide the password of the Framework Services user that was created in Oracle.

    Click Next.
