Pre-Upgrade Procedures

If you have not already upgraded to the new version of Crystal Reports Server, install and test the new version before you begin the Infor BI for Lawson upgrade.

Note: To ensure all reports function as designed, install and test the new version of Crystal Reports Server in a test environment. After testing, install the Infor BI for Lawson upgrade in production.
