Setting session management for Framework Services

Complete the steps to adjust the session management for Framework services.

Note: If you are using Distributed Single Sign On authentication with Infor BI for Lawson, you must apply the same session management settings on the Lawson Security application as well.
  1. From the WebSphere Administrative console navigate to Applications > Application Types > WebSphere enterprise applications.
  2. Click the Framework Services application.
  3. Under Web Module Properties, click Session Management.
  4. Check these settings:

    • Override session management

    • Enable cookies

  5. Click the link for Enable cookies.
  6. Clear this setting:

    • Set session cookies to HTTPOnly to help prevent cross-site scripting attacks

  7. Click Apply and OK.
  8. Save the changes to the configuration.
  9. From the WebSphere enterprise applications page, stop and start the Framework Services application.
