Import devices

Use the file you created to import devices into Reporting Services.

Importing the devices CSV file replaces any devices with the same name that already exist in Reporting Services.
  1. In Framework Services, navigate to Tools dashboard.
  2. Click Report Administration.
  3. Select Server Administration > Email and Printer Settings.
  4. Click Device Tools > Import Devices.
  5. Click Browse and locate the CSV file containing your devices information.
  6. Confirm that CSV is selected from the file type drop-down box.
  7. Click Import.
  8. To confirm that the devices imported successfully, clickConfiguration Tools > All Devices.

    The All Device Types table contains all of the devices that exist on the system.
