Review the log files

  1. Use the installation log file to troubleshoot installation errors. The log is at:

    C:\TEMP\LBIlog\lbi_err.log

  2. For upgrade installations, see the files at:
    • C:\InforLawsonBI\FrameworkServices\Update-version#\UninstallerData\Logs\Infor_Lawson_BI_xxxx.log

    • C:\InforLawsonBI\FrameworkServices\Update-version#\Websphere_log.txt
