Remove locked jar file: Smart Notifcation

  1. Stop the WebSphere Application Server.
  2. Navigate to LBI_HOME\SN_HOME\Smart Notification.ear\erswar-version.war\WEB-INF\lib.
  3. Delete Tidy-9.0.1.0.jar.
  4. Restart the WebSphere Application Server.
  5. Launch the Infor BI for Lawson installation program and reinstall Smart Notification.
