Disable Lawson Smart Reports

Before you disable LSR in Infor BI for Lawson, ensure LSR is disabled in Infor Lawson System Foundation.

  1. Disable LSR in Infor Lawson System Foundation. For more information, see:

    • Infor Lawson Administration: Jobs and Reports

  2. Delete the LSR templates from the following folders:

    • <LAWDIR>/<productline>/lsr/templates/custom/<program_code>/<user>/

    • <LAWDIR>/<productline>/lsr/templates/custom/<program_code>/

    • <LAWDIR>/<productline>/lsr/templates/standard/<program_code>/

    Note: 

    LSR does not remove templates upon being disabled. As a best practice, delete the templates to ensure no additional templates can be transferred to these folders.

  3. Disable LSR in Reporting Services. See the instructions in Validating the Reporting Services Installation or the Reporting Services Administrator and User Guide.
