Install the remote Crystal Reports Server

Note: If you have already installed Crystal Reports Server on the Infor BI for Lawson server, then skip these steps.

Crystal installation is considered remote when the full Crystal Reports Server has been installed on a separate server from the Infor BI for Lawson installation.

Use the steps to complete the installation of the remote server.

  1. After the remote server installation, run the installation program on the Infor BI for Lawson server.
  2. On the Select Features installation panel, select Client Components only.
  3. When installation is complete, copy this directory from the remote Crystal RAS server to the Infor BI for Lawson server before the Infor BI for Lawson installation.

    C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP BusinessObjects\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\java\lib

    Note: There are Crystal files that are copied into the Infor BI for Lawson deployment during installation.
