Remove WebSphere locked jar files: Reporting Services

  1. Stop the WebSphere Application Server.
  2. Navigate to LBI_HOME\RS_HOME\Reporting Services.ear\erswar-version.war\WEB-INF\lib.
  3. Remove these jar files if they exist:

    axis2-kernel-1.6.0L.jar

    axis2-transport-http-1.6.0L.jar

    Note: Each file name contains a capital L.
  4. Restart the WebSphere Application Server.
  5. Launch the Infor BI for Lawson installation program and reinstall Reporting Services.
