Setting up dashboard auditing

Dashboard auditing enables you to track what dashboard links and content are accessed by the users. If auditing is enabled, Framework Services will automatically capture and log information to a database table called FS_AUDIT in the Framework Services database. Use this information to view what Framework Services content users access and the frequency of that access.

Note: You must have administrator rights to enable dashboard auditing.
  1. In the Tools dashboard, click System Settings.
  2. In the Dashboard Audit section, select one of these:
    • Yes to enable dashboard auditing.
    • No to disable dashboard auditing.
  3. Click Save Changes.
  4. Stop and restart the server for the changes to take effect.
