Working with system permissions

Use this procedure to assign or maintain system permissions for groups or individual users. These permissions allow users to perform selective tasks.

Users with system permissions will see the Admin button in the Smart Notification interface.

  1. Click Admin. The Admin Utilities page is displayed.
  2. Under the Settings section, click Maintain System Permissions. The System Permissions page is displayed.
  3. Select the user or group name from the User or Group.
  4. Check the data source and content boxes for the individual or group's permissions. These permissions let the individual or group to perform the task.
  5. Click Save.
