Editing user values

  1. Click Personal Settings. The Personal Settings screen is displayed.
  2. Click Data Values. The variables assigned to a user will be listed on the Personal Data Values page.
    Note: If the user is allowed to modify the value of a variable an Edit link is displayed for that variable.
  3. Click the Edit link corresponding to the data value to modify. The Personal Data Values - Edit Variables screen appears. See Creating or modifying variables
  4. Specify a numeric value or specify an item to filter by. You cannot change the value of a User ID variable.
