Personal data values overview

Personal data values are settings that administrators can set for defined variables, which are used as filters and limits in notifications.

For example, a variable might be defined for Region. You can specify the name of your region so that notifications that use the Region variable to filter data will filter for the correct region when the notification is delivered to you.

Alternatively, a variable might be defined for the Gross Margin Target threshold. You can specify the target to be used when notifications using this threshold are processed.
