Creating or modifying a Smart Notification category

Use this procedure using the Work With Categories administration tool. You must be an administrator to perform this procedure.

  1. Launch Smart Notification.
  2. Click Admin.
  3. Click Work With Categories.
  4. Right-click on a node and select an option:
    • Create node

      This option enables you to add a child node under the node you selected.

    • Rename node

      This option enables you to rename the node.

    • Delete node

      This option enables you to delete a node. Select Yes on the confirmation message to delete the node.

      Note: If the node has child nodes, these will also be deleted.
  5. Click Save.
