Understanding Smart Notification

Smart Notification is an Infor BI for Lawson application that notifies users of requested information from multiple applications and data sources.

Smart Notification:

• Continually monitors data for changes or conditions that require notifications be sent to designated users.
• Uses a central data repository to facilitate simplified reporting.
• Provides communication between users at all levels.
• Provides relevant and timely business information to users.
• Alleviates the processing of unnecessary information.
