To update and process all InfoSets

Use with caution. Instead of manually processing InfoSets, you can schedule jobs that automatically process updates. When you perform this procedure ALL InfoSets are updated and processed.

  1. Click Admin > Work With InfoSets.
  2. Click the link corresponding to the task to be performed.
    Update All

    Refresh all external InfoSets. Smart Notification fetches any new data from the data sources, but does not process and deliver notifications.

    This option does not refresh internal InfoSets.

    Process Group Content

    Process and deliver all notifications that have been subscribed to a group of people.

    Process All

    Process and deliver all notifications. Any changes in the InfoSet trigger Smart Notification to process and deliver notifications.
