Importing as instance

This option is available for Lawson Back Office reports in PRT format as well as all XLS, DOC, and graphics files. It is not available for RPT, Lawson Back Office, and URL reports.

Note: Invalid imported files are placed in the local temp/queue/denied directory.
  1. Open the Tools dashboard and select My Reports. The Reports screen is displayed.
  2. Click the details of the report to print. The Reports screen is displayed.
  3. Select Report Actions > Import as Instance and browse for the file to import.
  4. Click Save.
