To maintain report variables

  1. Open the Tools dashboard and select Report Administration to open the Reporting Services Administration screen.
  2. Select Server Administration > Maintain Variables to open a list of report variables. To customize the list, select Type and Owner and click Filter.
  3. Click a variable to modify its value, type or comment.
