Bursting a Lawson Applications report at view time

  1. In the Maintain Reports section, click Maintain Reports to open the reports list.
  2. Click the Options link. The General Properties screen is displayed for the selected report.
  3. Click on bursting options from the Data Filtering section on the left navigation panel.
  4. Click Data Structure, and select the structure you want to burst the report against.
    Note: Because this is a Lawson applications report, the structure elements are displayed.
  5. Click Save.
  6. To view the report, select View Latest Instance from the Report Actions section. The report displays view-time filtered on the rights that we set up.
