Viewing reports with parameters

  1. Open the Tools dashboard and select My Reports. The Reports screen is displayed.
  2. Check a report to view.
  3. Select a view:
    • View latest instance: To view the latest instance of the report.
    • View with Data Refresh: To view the report with refreshed data.
  4. Specify or select the report parameters.
  5. Select a report target:
    • Replace this window: Replaces the parameters page with the report view. This is the default view.
    • In a new window: Opens the report in a new window. If you run the report again with a different parameter, that view will replace the current one.
    • Always in a new window: Opens a new window for each report view.
    Note: If you select a new Report Target view, your selection is saved unless you change the value.
  6. Click Run.
