Saving parameters

1. Open the Tools dashboard and select My Reports. The Reports screen is displayed.
2. Click the details of the report you want to switch to the Crystal Reports parameter page.
3. Click Maintain Parameters, The Report Parameters screen is displayed.
4. In the Parameters section, select Use Crystal Parameter Page and allow parameters to be saved.
5. Click View with Data Refresh.
6. Specify parameters and a parameter set name.
7. Click OK. The report based on the parameters is displayed. Saved parameter sets should be displayed in View with Saved Parameters.
