Understanding the Framework Services interface

The main component of Framework Services user interface is the dashboard. Dashboards allow you to add and organize content items, for example, links to Lawson forms. The interface provides quick, easy access to the information you need.

A dashboard can contain one content item, for example, a web page, or one or more content modules. Content modules can contain one content item or one or more content links, each of which link to other content items. Framework Services contains one delivered dashboard, Tools, which is available only to administrators.

Customer-administrators have access to all tools on the Tools dashboard, while power designers have access only to content management tools on the Tools dashboard.
