Configuring filter-out function for non-rebatable suppliers and items

Tag suppliers and items in M3.
PurchaseOrder and ReceiveDelivery BODs are filtered in IONDesk and sends to Supplier Rebate inbox only those flagged as rebatable based on the given criteria.

Note: ReceiveDelivery BODs with status code 'Deleted' are not filtered out and are routed to Supplier Rebate inbox regardless of the rebatable flag values in either or both SupplierFreeField4 ItemFreeField3.
Run initial load for supplier and item.
