Query form reports do not show all records

Cause: Record cap in settings controls the initial display of records.

Solution:

  1. If available, click the Get more rows icon to retrieve the next records.
  2. Optionally, you can go to View > User Preferences.
  3. Under Data Record Cap or List Record Cap, select Retrieve All.
  4. Click OK.
  5. Generate the report again.
    Note: This procedure may have a performance impact.
