Getting the import agreement template

  1. From the main menu, select View > User Preferences.
  2. In the User Preferences form, click the dropdown list in the Language field and select en-US for the English (United States) option.
    Note: The supported en-US date format is MM/DD/YYYY.
  3. Log-out and log back in for the language changes to take effect.
  4. From the main menu, select Master Explorer > Supplier Rebate > Queries > Master Data > Supplier Rebate Agreement Query.
  5. In the Supplier Rebate Agreement Query form, modify the selection of agreements to include in the file. Clear all the selections to only get the template file.
  6. Click the Export to Excel icon.
    Note: The exported file is saved in your Downloads folder in CSV format.
  7. To convert the CSV file to XLSX format, open a new file in Excel.
  8. Select Data > From Text/CSV.
  9. Locate the exported CSV file from step 6 and click Import.
  10. Click Load.
    Note: The conversion process is a Mongoose platform's prescribed way to convert a CSV file to XLSX format. Directly saving the file with .xlsx file extension may cause date format issues in the imported data.

    This version only supports en-US date and decimal format. You must manually change the column values for the affected fields showing dates, decimals, rates, and amounts before importing the file.
