Viewing claims

  1. Open a supplier rebate agreement.
  2. On the supplier rebate agreement page, click Claim List.
  3. Select a report type:
    • Supplier Rebate Claim Report by Agreement Number

      This option shows the details regarding claim transactions made under the agreement, claim amount, status, and debit note number, if already submitted.

    • Supplier Rebate Claim Report by Item Number

      This option shows the details regarding claim transactions made under the agreement, including information regarding the item such as item number, item description, business area, procurement group, item group, and product group.

    Note: Alternatively, view claims by selecting Master Explorer > Supplier Rebate > Claim Processing > Display List.
    Optionally, filter the claims that you view by using these criteria:
    • Supplier
    • Company Group
    • Agreement No
    • Incentive No
    • Period
    • Claim Date
    • Division
    • Status
    • Business Area
    • Procurement Group
    • Item Group
    • Product Group

    Click Display. In the Claim List page, select a report type.
