Specify details

  1. On the Details tab, specify this information:
    Type
    Select an agreement type from the list.
    Group
    Select an agreement group from the list.
    Valid From
    Select a start date for the validity of the agreement.
    Valid To
    Select an end date for the validity of the agreement.
    Agreement Date

    Specify the date when the agreement was made between the supplier and the buying company.

    The default selection is the current date in the system.

    Agr Responsible

    Verify the person who is responsible for this rebate agreement.

    The default value is the account of the user who created the agreement.

    Supplier
    Select a supplier from the list.

    If the agreement is valid for multiple suppliers, select a supplier group.

    To create a custom supplier group for this agreement, right-click Supplier Table and select Add.

    Supplier Reference
    Specify supplier references, such as the contract number of the rebate agreement between the supplier and buying company.
    Warehouse
    Select a warehouse from the list.

    If the agreement is valid for multiple warehouses, select a warehouse group.

    To create a custom warehouse group for this agreement, right-click Warehouse Table and select Add.

    Exceptions

    Specify warehouse exceptions to this agreement.

    Any purchase order lines that are made with warehouses that are specified in this field are invalid for this agreement.

    PO Category

    Select a purchase order category from the list.

    If the agreement is valid for multiple purchase order categories, select a PO Category Table.

    To create a custom table for this agreement, right-click PO Category Table and select Add.

    The default value of PO Category field is blank, which means that PO category is not filtered.

  2. Click Save.
    Note: When you specify an agreement detail by typing a record name, a validation will run to check whether the value exists in the maintenance tables.

    Optionally, right-click on a field and select Add or Find to search for or add an agreement.

    You may also use the Search icon for finding a corresponding Agreement, Supplier, or Warehouse query form. Click Refresh to generate a new sub-collection of records after specifying a criteria. Select from the Results list, then double-click or click OK. This will place the selected value to its corresponding field in the Supplier Rebate Agreement form.
