PurchaseOrder BOD is not published to ION Desk

Solution: If the search returns a 'No documents found' error, should you have the access, you can check if BODs are being published from M3BE.

  1. Select App Menu > Infor M3 > Administration Tools > Enterprise Collaborator Administration.
  2. In Enterprise Collaborator Administration, select Messages > Status.

    The BODs published are listed in the grid. The expected values in the State column should be in Finished status.

    If the values in the State column are mostly 'XML transform failed', there is a possible underlying problem in creating the BOD. The PO number of each BOD is not visible to the user from this form.

    Note: PurchaseOrder BOD is published at PO status 20 or higher.
