Generating reports for debit notes

Debit notes are consolidated claim transactions that are either tagged as paid internally or transferred from the application to the ERP for payment processing. These are aggregated based on the same combination of company, division, payee, agreement, and claim date. A list of these transactions can be displayed from the supplier rebate agreement form.

  1. Open a supplier rebate agreement.
  2. On the supplier rebate agreement page, click Debit Note.
  3. Select a report type:
    • Debit Note Report by Agreement Number

      This option shows the details regarding the debit notes made under the agreement.

    • Debit Note Report by Item Number

      This option shows the details regarding the debit notes made under the agreement, including the item data.

    Note: Alternatively, generate debit note reports by selecting Master Explorer > Supplier Rebate > Reports > Debit Note.
    Optionally, in the Debit Note List Generation page, filter the debit notes that you view by using these criteria:
    • Supplier
    • Agreement No.
    • Debit Note No.
    • Debit Note Date
    • Division
    • Status
    • Business Area
    • Procurement Group
    • Item Group
    • Product Group

    Click Display. In the Claim List page, select a report type.
