New field for incentive description

In previous releases, the incentive only enables numeric identifier entries. As a function enhancement, the Incentive Description field has been added to the Incentives grid in the Supplier Rebate Agreement form. This field enables you to specify a descriptive text for each incentive number. This field also enables you to change the agreements with preliminary or active status.

In the Rebates Accrual Report form, the Incentive Description field is displayed when a specific incentive number is selected from the Incentive dropdown. For the report type Supplier Cumulative Rebate Details, Incentive Description is also displayed in the report grid.

To adjust the display of records accordingly, the Incentive Description field has been added to the Results grid and Additional Criteria of the Accruals Query, Supplier Rebate Agreement Line Query, Supplier Rebate Agreement Query, Purchase Order Line Query, and Receipt Query forms.

As a user, you can add, modify, or remove the new Incentive Description field through the import agreement functionality.
