Specify alerts

On the Alerts tab, specify this information for the buying company and
the supplying company:
- Rebate Manager/Contact Person
- Specify the name of the person responsible for managing
rebates.Note: This field is automatically cleared upon agreement expiry or close. This behavior is controlled by the parameter Clear personal info on agr exp/close in the Process Defaults form. This field also remains enabled regardless of status so that the user can clear personal information anytime when needed.
- Email Address
- Specify the email address of the rebate manager or the contact
person. To specify multiple recipients, use either a coma or
semi-colon to separate each email address. Note: This field is automatically cleared upon agreement expiry or close. This behavior is controlled by the parameter Clear personal info on agr exp/close in the Process Defaults form. This field also remains enabled regardless of status so that the user can clear personal information anytime when needed.
- Expiry Alert
- Select this check box to send out an alert to the rebate manager or the contact person when the agreement is about to expire.
- Days
- Specify the number of days before the expiry date to send out an alert notification to the rebate manager or the contact person.
- Completion Alert
- Select this check box to notify the rebate manager or the
contact person when the agreement has reached a percentage of the
maximum rebate.
This parameter also controls notifications based on scale limits at the agreement header level. It determines whether the notification setup in the scales form should take effect. It supersedes the check box in the scale form.

- Specify a percentage of the maximum rebate amount.
- Remaining days before Expiry Alert
- Computes and displays the number of days before sending out an expiry alert.
- Completion Level
- Computes and displays the current completion rate.
- To resend the notification emails to the buying and supplying companies, click Resend.

Click Save.
Note: You can open an agreement in a DataView format by right-clicking on the right panel and selecting To Form DataView option. This option enables you to manipulate the data using the standard DatavVew functionality of Mongoose.
You can export the complete agreement information to an Excel file from the Supplier Rebate Agreement query form.
The query form's additional criteria and Results grid contain details from the agreement header table, Settlement Condition, Field Selection Priority, and Agreement Line tables.
