Flagging of the Regenerate indicator of agreements with Item Exception table

Description

In the previous versions, active agreements using the old or new values of item fields are flagged for regeneration whenever there are real-time updates for item master data and when they are received in Supplier Rebate through BOD.

Additionally, the Regenerate indicator has been updated to get displayed for active agreements with item exception set up in the field selection priority.

As an update, the Regenerate indicator of active agreements that are using the Item Exception table is flagged once the real-time updates through ItemMaster BOD are received.

To specify enhancement details, whenever there are real-time updates for item fields and when they are received in Supplier Rebate through BOD, the Regenerate indicator is displayed for the active agreement with these setups:

First, if the item field with update is used in the field selection priority and old or new value for the item field is used in the agreement line (already supported in the previous versions).

Second, if in the field selection priority, the item exception is used. The agreement is automatically flagged regardless if the item field and value are used in the item exception table and if item with BOD update belongs to the item exception table.

Once the Regenerate indicator is displayed, you must click the Regenerate button to update the accruals.

Limitation

This enhancement only includes the flagging of the Regenerate indicator. To update accruals, you must still manually trigger the regeneration process by clicking the Regenerate button.

You can no longer use the item location fields Cost UM, Local Currency, Standard Unit Cost, Average Cost, and Costing Method in the field selection and agreement line. Whenever updated, the existing active agreements using these fields are not flagged for regeneration.
